How to Get There

You can reach Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve via public transportation by taking the MRT and alighting at Kranji Station (NS7), or you can choose the convenience of traveling by private car.

Here are the travel options in detail:

Via MRT

If you prefer to travel via MRT to Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve, you can go to your nearest MRT station and alight at Kranji Station (NS7).

Upon exit from the station, you should look for the bus terminal and ride bus number 925 or 975 to the reserve.

Keep an eye out for the “Opp Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve” bus stop for Bus 925 and “Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve” for Bus 975.

Via Private Car

To get to Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve via private car, head towards the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) or the Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE).

Once you’re on either the PIE or BKE, you’ll see well-marked signs guiding you directly to the reserve’s entrance.

1. Stay on marked trails. The reserve has designated paths for visitors. These trails help protect sensitive habitats and ensure you don’t disturb the wildlife. Going off the trails is not allowed.

2. Do not feed animals. While sharing a snack with the creatures you encounter at Sungei Buloh Wetland might be tempting, please resist the urge. Feeding wildlife can disrupt their natural behaviors and harm their health.

3. Keep your tone to a minimal level. Silence is golden in the wetland reserve. This not only respects the tranquility of the place but also allows you to hear the beautiful sounds of nature.

4. Do not bring your pets. Unfortunately, you can’t bring your furry friends to Sungei Buloh Wetland. The reserve is a sanctuary for native wildlife and your pets might stress or harm them.
